hey guuuys! this is my blog where i post stuff about healthy and possily not really healthy stuff

i've started a bunch of group classes - boot camp, cardio core, zumba, body shape, body core, spinning and abs. i'm also taking up swimming again WHICH I LOVE. after summer i'll start a pole fitness class with my friend so i'm working to get stronger for that now.

DID YOU KNOW:

Walking uphill/on an incline burns just as much calories as running.

I can’t do any high impact sports with my feet because I’ll get shin splints and other injuries and fitblr is so obsessed with running that it makes me feel pretty bad at times. And while calories isn’t everything, this is a really nice thing. I can just walk on incline on a treadmill and don’t feel bad about not being able to run. :)

Top of the thighs: 69/69 cm (-4/-3 cm)
Thighs just above the knee: 49/49 cm (-5/-4 cm)
Calves: 43/43 cm (+0/+0 cm)

Upper arms, relaxed: 33/31 cm (-6/-7 cm)
Upper arms, tense: 35/33 cm (-1/-3 cm)
Lower arms: 28/28 cm (+0/+0 cm)

It’s been a year since I started measuring. It’s been an alright year. I think I look like I lost more than these numbers say, because my posture improved a lot, too. I’m looking into ‘diets’ more. Instead of gradually letting go of the junkfood I love so much, completely changing up EVERYTHING I eat might work better.

i am really beginning to hate these running posts 

it’s like just a bit of my dash but all these posts are like

RUNNING IS FREEDOM

LEGS ARE THE BEST ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES

and well yeah i guess it’s true for you

but not when you have my feet

and my ankles

and my knees

not when you can hardly run for 200 meter without feeling pain shoot up through your shins and it’s not because you run the wrong way or don’t have the right shoes it’s just how your body’s made

godddddd i wish i could run but i’ll probably never really be able to do that.
